well Christmas is almost here everyone!! the time to be happy, the time to give, the time to be around family. anyone that is involved with any of the above, then we are the lucky ones. sometimes we forget that, we start caring for the things we don't have and then we forget about what we do have. for those who don't have anything need to be cared for, expectually around christmas because they don't have enough money to buy there own kids presents for under the tree. but now things are chaging, now these people are getting the things they need because of the salvation army and all toy mountains all over in all public shopping malls or some auto dealerships.
so if you have any christmas stories to tell or what you have always wanted for christmas just click comment and tell. and just so you all know it is my birthday thrusday the 23rd and my best friends on the 25th pretty cool huh? maybe for me not my friend because her birthday is on christmas she has to wait an entire year. well if you got any thing to say, say it here! and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Hey Sweetheart!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautifully written post! You are growing into quite the young woman. I am happy you posted such a true and meaningful passage.
Another important organization to remember is the food bank. Donations are getting less and less each year, and some families don't have money for food let alone presents. Some aren't so lucky to have the Christmas dinners we have, which is why as well as Toy Mountain I make sure to give to the food bank. Another thing I do is, together with my co-workers we visit shelters for women and children and meet families who are having tough times. We then all donate money, age appropriate gifts, clothes and even cook food for these families in hopes to help them forget about their problems/situation an give them a happy Christmas.
I hope you, your family and friends have a wonderful Christmas and I hope you have a great Birthday! I can't believe you're 12 already!! Where has the time gone??
Love you more than you know - love always,
Hayley xoxo
I always wanted a Puppy for Christmas! Maybe one of these days....
